The plan is one belt, one road to optimize trade structure, innovate and develop service trade, accelerate the development of new trade formats, upgrade the level of trade, build a green trade system, promote the integration of domestic and foreign trade, ensure smooth operation of supply chain in foreign trade industry chain, deepen the "one belt and one road" trade and cooperation, strengthen risk prevention and control system, and create a favorable environment for development, etc. in 10 aspects, 45 key tasks were defined.
