Wind Power Solutions

Wind power equipment is mostly large-scale equipment, and there are many difficulties in transportation, which is a big challenge for the wind power equipment transportation industry. Generally speaking, the difficulties in the transportation of wind power equipment include:

1.Wind power host equipment belongs to overweight, ultra-high and large non-disintegrated objects, and wind power core belongs to high-tech valuable objects. In order to ensure the safe and non-destructive transportation of wind power equipment, highway transportation is adopted. However, there are restrictions on traffic standards in highway transportation routes, which require different transportation schemes for different road conditions, and the task is relatively heavy.

2.The transportation of wind power blade equipment is a super-long and unsolvable large object. It is a technical difficulty to protect the equipment from damage and injury during transportation. It is a safety difficulty to prevent rear-end collision of rear vehicles during transportation.

3.After the wind power equipment arrives at the wind power site, if the wind farm is set on the mountain, the transportation operation in the mountain area has great potential safety hazards and high risks, and there are various unforeseen unfavorable factors.

4.Natural disasters affect the progress of transport operations and cause great difficulties to transport units

Solutions to Difficulties in the Transportation of Wind Power Equipment

1.The cabin transportation shall handle the over-limit permit for large objects in advance, and shall be transported in the form of traffic police and road administration escort, and shall be driven according to the regulations of the traffic management department for special sections;

2.For the transportation of ultra-long blade equipment, professional transport vehicles with retractable blades shall be adopted, and obvious warning signs shall be provided to prevent traffic accidents. At the same time, special transport escorts and vehicles shall be assigned to coordinate the safe transportation operation.

3.After the wind power equipment arrives at the site, the transportation and protection vehicles must be required to survey the site road conditions in advance to determine the safe passage direction to enter the wind power site. At the same time, each vehicle shall be equipped with a special on-board commander responsible for the safe operation of the vehicles on site

4.Natural disasters are force majeure factors. In view of the influence of natural weather, corresponding emergency protection measures shall be taken for the special circumstances of stormy and snowy weather to prevent the safety of goods, people and vehicles.
